What's included in an Umrah package?
Return flights from the UK, your Umrah visa, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and transfers between the airport and both cities. Anything not included is listed on the package before you book.
Can I choose my hotel?
Yes. Each package has a standard hotel in both cities, and we’ll tell you its name and walking distance to the Haram. If you’d like somewhere closer or a different standard, we’ll quote the alternatives.
Are prices per person?
Yes, all prices are per person, sharing a room. Single occupancy is available at a supplement, which we’ll include in your quote.
How far ahead should I book?
For most months, six to eight weeks is comfortable. For Ramadan and the UK school holidays, allow three to four months, as hotels and flights fill early and fares rise closer to the date.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. You can secure most packages with a deposit and pay the balance before departure. We’ll confirm the deposit amount and the balance date in writing when you book.
Which UK airports can I fly from?
We can quote from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, plus Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol and Newcastle. If you’d like another airport, just ask.
What does ATOL protection cover?
If we stopped trading, your money would be protected and, if you were already abroad, your journey home would be covered. You’ll receive an ATOL certificate when you book.
